Hotel Filla Andre - Ernst

We stumbled upon a hotel and were very surprised by how good it was. the location was excellent as we were right in front of the Mosel River and close by to a few charming villages. the newly renovated and clean room and bathroom had a shower that we loved - rain shower from the ceiling. the staff were very friendly and let us check in early even though we hadn't requested it. Although breakfast was a bit boring, it was included in the price, so it was worth it. the only downside was that the noise from the road can be heard.

We loved the hotel's prime location right in front of the Mosel river and overlooking the vineyards. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, and we enjoyed our meals at the hotel's restaurant. The nearby charming villages were easily accessible and the hotel provided easy access to transportation.

For us, it was ideal.

The food served in the restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast was really good. the location was perfect since it was close to the city center and easy to find. the staff were always friendly and accommodating even though they were understaffed.

The room was overpriced and didn't have basic amenities such as a fridge or a water kettle. the internet connection was also poor, and there was no air conditioning available, making the stay uncomfortable on hot days.

Location was great with stunning views and breakfast was good with plenty of options. Also enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The lack of air conditioning made for an unpleasant night's sleep. The staff were not very helpful and did not speak English well. The restaurant was uncomfortably warm making it difficult to enjoy dining.
